Nordic Walking Physio was founded by Annie, who is a highly experienced Physiotherapist and Nordic Walking Instructor.

Annie offers Nordic walking tuition and group walks for all physical levels.

There really is something for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level and walking ability. 

If you are ready to turn your walk into a workout, explore the beautiful Norfolk countryside and improve your movement, then get in touch.
